I’m an experienced Government Relations & Stakeholder Engagement Specialist with over six years of progressive experience in international governance, institutional relations, and sustainable development. Through operational support in the UNDP’s socio-economic response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I helped support community health services and protection for vulnerable populations, including data collection from local communities and preparation of progress reports.
Building on this foundation, I served as Special Advisor to the President of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, where I provided strategic advice on national development projects, international cooperation agreements, and diplomatic engagements with Emerging Powers and multilateral organizations. I also represented Guinea-Bissau at AUDA-NEPAD, aligning national projects with AU Agenda 2063 priorities and facilitating partnerships across government, regional bodies, and international stakeholders, grounded in stakeholder engagement, CSR strategies, and alignment of projects with national priorities and long-term development blueprints.
