At Accenture, I supported Southern Company’s Customer/1-to-Oracle C2M conversion, investigating conversion issues with SQL and helping reconcile source and target data. I also supported dress rehearsals and go-live preparation through conversion extracts and exception reporting.
On Accenture’s modernization and integration work, I developed REST APIs with IBM z/OS Connect Designer and implemented REST-to-CICS mappings, including JSONata transformations. I also maintained file-based interfaces with external vendors and investigated production issues to help keep business-critical processing running.
At IBM, I developed SOAP-based CICS Web Services for National Grid’s Salesforce integrations, implementing COBOL/CICS logic and working with IBM MQ. I tested integrations with SoapUI and supported deployment and post-deployment validation.
Earlier at IBM, I supported Customer/1 applications for customer accounts, billing, service orders, and reporting. I analyzed batch failures and application issues, developed fixes and enhancements, and optimized JCL batch processes using Syncsort/DFSORT and related utilities.
