What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building and modernizing mission-critical enterprise applications, especially where Mainframe systems connect with cloud platforms, APIs, DevOps practices, and distributed applications.

At First American Bank, I develop and enhance IBM Mainframe applications while connecting COBOL, CICS, and DB2 services to Java, Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, and AWS-based environments.

I bring eight years of experience across banking, financial services, and retail, including Mainframe development, modernization, migration, production support, and large-scale batch and online transaction processing. Previously at HSBC and EPAM Systems, I built and maintained COBOL batch programs, CICS transactions, JCL workflows, DB2 data access, VSAM processing, and IBM MQ integrations.

I lead production support, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, release coordination, and migration workstreams while mentoring junior developers. I work across Agile delivery, CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and hybrid Mainframe-cloud environments to improve application stability and modernization outcomes.
