Sushma Prasad

My name is Sushma Prasad, and I am an agriculture professional with a strong focus on horticulture. I hold a Master’s degree in Agriculture with a specialization in Horticulture from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Raichur, where I graduated with a remarkable 91.10%. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in various aspects of horticulture, including nursery management, seed production, and the cultivation of horticultural crops.

In my role as a Technical Assistant in Horticulture under MGNREGA, I have gained valuable experience in implementing agricultural practices that enhance productivity and sustainability. I have successfully led projects that focused on nutrient management and fertigation schedules, demonstrating my ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations. My commitment to excellence was recognized when I secured a gold medal for my Master’s degree and achieved a commendable rank in the ICAR JRF examination.
