As a Soil & Plant Health Advisor in a local nursery, I gained hands-on experience with plant and soil health, grafting, and propagation methods.
During my Agricultural Extension Trainee placement at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, I gained practical exposure to crop management, nursery practices, farmer interaction, and demonstrations.
I also gained exposure to pest management, microgreen production, and mushroom production, and participated in the RAWE Programme.
