I’m seeking a senior finance or compliance role in an international organization where I can lead donor compliance, strengthen internal controls, mentor teams, and implement digital finance solutions for efficient fiduciary management.

I am an enthusiastic and innovative finance and compliance professional with over 14 years of experience in finance/accounts of international organizations based in the US, UK and France. I am a proficient user and trainer of MS Excel.

As Compliance Manager (India and Nepal) at Handicap International, I reviewed accounting systems and internal controls, designed and executed risk-based internal audits following International Standards, ensured donor compliance, and provided senior management guidance on fiduciary management.

In senior finance roles at CARE International and Sterling Wells I led multi-year financial projections, annual budgets and accounts preparation, liaised with external and internal auditors, monitored project finances, and supported integration of digital financial technologies to strengthen reporting and controls.
