At CATATU Mobility, I co-founded a direct-transit mobility startup and lead legal operations, corporate governance, and strategy for student transit solutions.

I draft, negotiate, and review equity agreements, non-compete covenants, and institutional partnership contracts. I also manage regulatory compliance and risk assessment while leading pitches to student councils and institutional stakeholders.

Across remote AI training platforms including Micro1, AfterQuery, and Ethos, I evaluate frontier LLMs on legal reasoning, statutory interpretation, contract extraction, and multi-step workflows. I red-team outputs for hallucinations, logic failures, jurisdictional errors, and formatting issues, and create gold-standard prompts and legal test scenarios.

My legal foundation includes commercial and civil research, pleadings, submissions, legal opinions, contract review, judicial support, and tutoring law students globally. I bring an LLB, CPA Foundation-level training, and hands-on experience with legal research, legal technology, and operational workflows.
