At Muchiri Legal Consultancy, I advise SMEs, entrepreneurs and private clients on commercial and regulatory matters. I draft and negotiate agreements and support clients with company, employment, tax and land law matters.

At AVIC International Beijing (E.A.) Company Limited, I advised the Board and management on corporate, commercial and operational legal matters. I also established the legal framework supporting a leasing business.

At Vehicle & Equipment Leasing Limited (VAELL), I led the legal, risk and compliance function, reporting to the CEO and Board. I negotiated a KSh 1 billion Government fleet leasing transaction and structured a KSh 200 million Joint Venture with Oikocredit supporting agricultural financing for small-scale farmers in Kenya.

My work at VAELL also included coordinating arbitration proceedings against 20 defaulting clients, securing favourable awards in all 20 matters, and coordinating the recovery of leased assets from a mining company in Tanzania. I have supported legal matters across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, DRC and Mauritius.
