I'm a Freelance UI/UX Designer working on an IRCTC Mobile App Redesign, where I researched booking pain points and redesigned the end-to-end experience for Train, Bus, Flight, and Hotel services.

For the IRCTC redesign, I created user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, and built a reusable design system.

On Groundly Sports Ground Booking App, I designed a platform for discovering and booking sports grounds across smart cities. I researched booking flows and created interactive search, booking, and payment prototypes, along with developer-ready UI specifications.

Previously, as a Software Engineer I at JioPlatformsLimited, I migrated TIBCO services into Java microservices and reduced execution time by 32%. I also developed services for agent-wallet replenishment reversals and real-time recharge detail retrieval.
