I've led interaction design and user flows for complex ERP workflows at IFS, spanning manufacturing, oil & gas, apparel, and configuration management. I use discovery, iterative wireframing, prototypes, and research to align cross-functional teams on clear UX direction.
At Fortude, I built a design system from scratch for complex ERP software and shaped product decisions through concept testing, usability testing, personas, and journey maps. I also partnered with UI designers and delivery teams across concurrent client engagements.
My earlier work at Pure SEO, MoodforCode, and Aasa IT Solutions combined end-to-end UX, SEO/CRO, accessibility, and hands-on design-development collaboration across web, mobile, and web-app products.
