Developing a practical decision-support architecture that connects heat and batch traceability, process parameters, SPC and Cp/Cpk, testing, supplier trends, customer signals, cost exposure and RCA history. The objective is to turn fragmented plant and market-facing evidence into early risk intelligence, shared management visibility and preventive action.

Plant-wide QA/QC responsibility for an 18-person quality function within an approximately 200-employee forging, heat-treatment and machining operation. Coordinated shop-floor performance, customer priorities, quality risk and corrective-action ownership through daily, weekly and management reviews.

Led materials engineering, laboratory operations, customer qualification and quality governance. Coordinated Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, suppliers and customers through long-cycle validation work, documenting technical decisions, risks and lessons learned.

Applied DOE, SPC, process trials and metallurgical analysis to define material, manufacturing, heat-treatment and test windows for prototype development and shop-floor transfer. Coordinated materials, heat treatment, machining, testing and supplier functions; converted root-cause evidence into validated corrective action.

Built engineering and accredited testing capability from requirement definition and RFQ through procurement, installation, commissioning, method validation and operator qualification. Managed calibration, maintenance coordination, vendor performance and technical documentation to keep equipment available for engineering and customer programs.

Pursued a Ph.D. in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering at IIT Bombay.

Earned a Master of Technology in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from IIT Bombay.

Completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering at BIT Sindri, Dhanbad.
