At Tata Consultancy Services, I manage eTMF entries for study, site, and personnel data across assigned projects, maintaining completeness and traceability in Veeva Vault.

I upload, track, and monitor regulatory documentation throughout its lifecycle, with careful version control, indexing, metadata management, and quality checks. I process more than 100 documents daily and help identify missing, duplicate, inaccurate, or non-compliant records.

I work closely with CRAs, data managers, and regulatory teams to resolve documentation queries and keep studies on track. I also create Excel tracking reports using VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, and conditional formatting.

As a Pharmacy graduate, I bring a strong focus on GCP, ICH, ALCOA+ principles, compliance, and inspection readiness. I participated in a formal third-party audit with zero critical findings and am looking to grow in TMF operations, Clinical Data Management, or Pharmacovigilance.
