I’m a motivated, detail-oriented IT professional with 6 years of experience in customer service and a strong foundation in web development and UI/UX design. I enjoy turning requirements into clean, user-friendly interfaces while keeping quality, accessibility, and problem-solving at the center of my work.

In my current internship at SysInSight Solutions, I develop responsive web pages using HTML5 and CSS3, build UI layouts and prototypes with Figma, and implement navigation bars, multi-page layouts, and validated contact forms. I use Flexbox/Grid for layout design, test website performance, and fix layout issues to improve the overall user experience.

Before moving deeper into technology work, I strengthened customer-focused fundamentals through roles like Customer Service Assistant at Marks & Spencer and Reliance India Pvt Ltd. I handled POS transactions accurately, resolved complaints professionally, supported stock replenishment and audits, and worked collaboratively to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

I’m currently pursuing a PGDM in Information Technology (Masters with Distinction) and continuously enhancing my technical expertise through certifications in AI, cybersecurity, and web technologies. I’m looking for opportunities where I can contribute to innovative, technology-driven teams and keep building real-world skills through practical projects.
