I’m looking for a data-focused role where I can apply Python, SQL, and machine learning to deliver predictive insights, improve KPIs, and support business optimization with AI-driven solutions.

I’m an emerging data science professional and data analyst with hands-on experience turning customer and market signals into action. From Accenture, I analyzed product, market, and share trends; reviewed system logs to identify issues; and delivered timely resolutions through remote support while contributing to revenue growth through upsell opportunities.

Earlier, I worked at Tech Mahindra and 247.ai, where I supported technical delivery and service, created and improved troubleshooting processes, and used proactive monitoring to prevent problems. I also analyzed customer usage patterns and feedback to recommend actionable improvements derived from in-depth KPI analysis, and I’m continuing to build my data science foundation through post graduation in Data Science and Analytics with Gen AI.
