What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a plant maintenance role where I can lead preventive maintenance, improve equipment reliability, control maintenance costs, deliver energy-saving projects, and develop maintenance teams.

I'm currently supporting Combi Pack Malaysia as an Assistant Maintenance Manager, monitoring maintenance, spares, and AMC costs while planning maintenance and energy-conservation activities.

Across 15 years in plant maintenance, I've worked with injection molding machines from 20 to 3000 tons, including Arburg, Engel, Demag, Shine Well, Huarong, and Ferromatik Milacron equipment, along with stamping machines, bending machines, utilities, and building maintenance.

Previously, I led maintenance teams at A. Raymond Fasteners and held maintenance engineering roles in automotive and manufacturing environments. I focus on preventive, TBM, and CBM maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, new-project execution, safety, cost savings, and developing team capability through on-the-job training.
