At RAMTeCH Software Solutions, I configure and maintain IBM Maximo 7.6 asset, location, work order, preventive maintenance, and inventory modules. I’ve supported configuration of 500+ assets in the IBM Maximo environment.
I also assist with PM schedules and Job Plans, manage work orders and inventory transactions, and support the Service Request to Work Order lifecycle. My work includes security setup, workflow testing, UAT, issue resolution, production support, reporting, and end-user training.
At Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, I supported the global IBM Maximo Asset Management platform across manufacturing plants. I gathered business requirements, managed Service Catalogs and Service Offerings, and supported access provisioning for 100+ end users across business units.
With a Mechanical Engineering background, I bring together BIM, Asset Information Management, and BIM-to-FM integration with enterprise asset management. I’m expanding my expertise in Digital Twins, AI-enabled EAM, and aviation-focused asset management.
