At Birdchime Technologies, I build features for a delivery and scheduling SaaS product used by 5,000+ merchants. My work includes checkout tooling, address and zipcode validation, and cart event handling in React, Ruby, and Shopify Polaris.
I also turn merchant support issues into engineering work, from identifying recurring failures to scoping and shipping fixes. I support merchants across multiple international markets and create product walkthroughs and feature-explainer videos for onboarding.
At Tech Wishes Solutions, I delivered custom web development for 15+ consumer brands, including Snitch, Neeman’s, iTokri, and Aukera Jewellery. I built a pincode serviceability system that checked deliverable zones before checkout and helped prevent unfulfillable orders.
My selected work includes iteratively hardening Birdchime’s Delivery Date & Time Override System and building the pincode validation layer for Keventer Agro. I work across React, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, Shopify, and e-commerce systems.
