At Scanno System Private Limited, I tested AI-tinerehub, an LLM-powered travel and itinerary app, and Smart Stack, an AI-powered sports nutrition SaaS platform. I tested account and password flows, search, dashboards, and service modules.
For Smart Stack, I tested Role Management across User, Store, Category, Product, Subscription, and Dashboard modules. I designed and executed test cases and reported defects to check behavior against business requirements.
I also tested Casino CRM, a web-based customer relationship management system, and Murphy Medical Solution Web Portal, a medical CRM system. My testing covered user, event, reservation, pharmacy, product, and price book functions, including form validations and CRUD operations.
For the Wholesale FTTH Management System (REDIS), I tested configuration forms, tickets, roles, and account access control. I performed functional, smoke, sanity, regression, integration, cross-browser, and responsive testing, and tracked defects in JIRA while working with developers.
