I'm looking to apply my PR, behaviour-change communication, social media, and digital marketing experience to campaigns that create measurable impact, including remote opportunities.

At Tata Trusts, I led behaviour change communication strategy for regenerative agriculture across Punjab, creating campaigns, tools, messaging, events, and stakeholder reports.

I've also delivered healthcare communications at Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, built media and PR foundations as a journalism lecturer, and reported stories published in Hindustan Times and Times of India.
