I work across accounts and taxation, with recent roles covering AP/AR and cross-border workflows in the APAC region. I’ve handled things like debtor ageing, inward remittance communication, and payment receipts updates to keep collections moving.

In Accounts Payable, I’ve prepared quarterly advances and creditors ageing, processed foreign supplier unpaid draft reinstatement/reconciliation, and worked through GRIR clearing via F.13 and manual third-party invoice handling. I also pass invoice entries for import vendors, logistics, third-party logistics, insurance, customs, and DGFT invoicing, along with service invoice generation through SAP.

On the direct tax side, I’ve supported tax audits and statutory scrutiny for private limited companies, including TDS calculations, payments, and TDS return filing. I’ve also prepared replies for notices, handled LOWER/NON-DEDUCTION applications, and supported financial statement preparation in line with Schedule III.

For indirect tax, I prepare and file profession tax, VAT, and service tax returns, manage provident fund monthly filing and responses to notices, and handle dealer registration applications (including GST 3B). I’m comfortable working in SAP/HANA and Excel, and I’ve also worked with DSC/TAN, DIN filings with ROC, and Form 15CB.
