I'm leading financial activities at Arghand Kazemi Solution Technology Services Company as Vice President and Head of Finance, covering budgeting, reporting, cash flow, tax filing, banking relationships, and regulatory compliance.

I prepare financial forecasts, manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger activities, and submit tax returns to the Afghanistan Revenue Department. I also assess financial risk, oversee expenditures and procurement, and provide analyses that support executive decision-making.

Alongside finance leadership, I represent the company with government authorities, banks, clients, suppliers, and partners. I've led contract negotiations, reviewed commercial agreements, coordinated licensing and business registration, and supported strategic planning and company growth.

Previously, I managed accounting operations at Ghazniwal Construction Store, monitoring accounting data, producing financial reports, and enforcing accounting methods, policies, and principles. I bring practical experience with QuickBooks, SAP, MS Office, financial reporting, and fast-paced operational work.
