What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise cybersecurity for regulated BFSI environments—owning GRC, cyber risk, and security operations, translating risk into board decisions, and modernizing security using SIEM/PAM/EDR while building high-performing teams.

I’m an Enterprise Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and cybersecurity executive with progressive leadership across enterprise cybersecurity strategy, information security governance, cyber risk management, GRC, and security operations in the BFSI sector.

Currently, I lead enterprise cybersecurity for a regulated NBFC supporting 5,000+ employees, 900+ branches, 42 production servers, 1,300+ endpoints, and 45 business-critical applications across hybrid infrastructure. I report directly to the Managing Director and own my organization’s cybersecurity strategy, governance, budgeting, vendor management, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and security operations.

I translate cybersecurity risks into business decisions and board-level reporting, coordinating RBI, CERT-In, ISO/IEC 27001, and DPDP compliance and driving audit readiness. I’ve defended production systems against 200+ annual security incidents with zero material business disruption, closed 100+ audit findings, governed remediation of 300+ vulnerabilities, and deployed IBM QRadar SIEM (74 log sources), IBM Guardium DAM (40+ production databases), CyberArk PAM (20+ privileged accounts), and Kaspersky EDR across 1,300+ endpoints.
