At SimpleWorks, I develop and maintain a Playwright and TypeScript framework for SimpleCRM. It covers 500+ end-to-end and regression scenarios and has reduced manual testing effort by 50%.

I also test SimpleCRM's REST APIs with Python and Locust, including authentication, CRUD operations, and rate limits under concurrent traffic. I integrate automated tests with Jenkins and publish Allure and Playwright HTML reports.

At Pristine IT Code, I designed and built the backend framework for a Helpdesk Chatbot using Java, Spring Boot, and Maven. I implemented five modules integrated with a React.js frontend and MySQL database.

My projects include SimpleCRM UI automation and API performance testing, as well as a rule-based Helpdesk Chatbot with FAQ support and escalation workflows.
