At Telus International, I built and enhanced Java Playwright automation frameworks that cut regression execution time from 4 hours to 35 minutes and achieved 90%+ coverage across critical business workflows.

I also developed Selenium WebDriver frameworks with TestNG and Page Object Model, and integrated UI and API automation into GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps pipelines.

On enterprise insurance applications, I validated end-to-end workflows, REST API endpoints, and backend data with SQL. Exploratory testing surfaced around 20 defects missed by scripted suites.

Earlier, as a QA Analyst Intern at Lifeworks, I tested a SaaS employee wellness platform and validated its APIs and database records. I hold the ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL) certification.
