What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supportive team where I can lead, coach, and educate nurses while delivering excellent ICU/trauma care, strengthening stroke/trauma quality programs, and continuing to grow into nursing leadership and staff education.

I’m a compassionate RN with extensive ICU experience across medical/trauma/neuro, burns, and wound care, including home health and per-diem coverage. I bring strong clinical judgment in high-acuity settings—performing patient assessments, daily rounds, specialized care, charting, and discharge planning—while staying focused on safety and quality.

I also develop teams through leadership and education. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, I coordinated care with multidisciplinary staff, managed staffing, payroll, scheduling, and payroll needs, provided daily Nurse Leader visits and patient follow-up calls post-discharge, and supported training and guidance for nursing staff. I’ve led quality and credential work by ensuring Stroke audits and documentation, and I’m known for reliable chart auditing and procedure readiness in trauma and ICU environments.
