For a confidential client, I reviewed 400–500 public posts weekly, checking relevance, duplicates, and completeness before documenting research findings.
I researched public content across Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, X, and news sources using client-defined criteria. I recorded post links, platform details, engagement, and account information in Microsoft Excel.
I also captured screenshots and organized supporting records, applying the client’s rules for categories, risk levels, and claim status while maintaining confidentiality.
Previously, I conducted household interviews and verified survey records for Oxfam Philippines. I’ve also taught English online at Native Camp and worked as a teacher.
