At Sundaram Alternates, I support investor and distributor operations, including queries, statements, onboarding documentation, and communications. I coordinate with vendors and internal teams to help resolve complaints and deliver reports within agreed timelines.
I monitor and circulate MIS related to fund closures and drawdowns, and prepare periodic reports for management. I also support audit finalisation and contribute to process-improvement projects, product launches, SOPs, and AIF MIS automation initiatives.
Previously, at Sundaram Business Services, I managed portfolio operations for Australian clients, including transaction recording, bank reconciliation, and portfolio data maintenance. Across my earlier roles, I supported mutual fund transactions and investor servicing, prepared reports and SOPs, and hold the NISM RTA Module, Series IIB certification.
