At VML, I designed regulated content for the Janssen Client (TREMFYA®), delivering 250+ pieces for the US market. I made visual hierarchy and usability decisions for medical data within pharmaceutical fair-balance constraints, where visual errors can have legal implications.
I proposed QR codes as a replacement for unwieldy long links in printed pieces, and the change became the account standard. I also introduced mobile-first responsive email, animated GIFs, and contextual mockup presentations.
At VML, I also worked on Ford Brazil's conversational experience, writing the bot's copy and producing its tone-of-voice and fallback reference manual. I owned the flow architecture and monitored performance and error logs through Botmaker.
At Unifesp, I built the identity, visual system, navigation architecture, and learning experience for Tede, its first fully online degree program; the platform design received third place in the 2017 ABED Design for Distance Education Award. I continue to design medical and scientific content as an independent freelancer, alongside my full-time work.
