I’ve led large-scale QA operating model transformations, scaling teams from ~10 to 120-plus members and supporting 20+ concurrent enterprise delivery programs. My transformation approach is AI-native: I’ve architected agentic AI workflows and RAG-based automation to generate and evolve testing from requirements, enable automated knowledge Q&A, and reduce manual effort. I also built a Security & Compliance practice from zero—covering VAPT, governance, and audit readiness across major compliance frameworks—then operationalized it through a unified security baseline and risk-based release governance.
