I’m a B.Sc. Information Technology student (major: Data Science) building practical strength in Machine Learning and Deep Learning through hands-on projects and structured training. I’m especially drawn to NLP and Generative AI, where I like solving real, language-specific problems with measurable outcomes.

In my NEO SKILLZ Data Science Trainee (Apprenticeship) work, I’m progressing through AI/ML training that combines theory with real-world project implementation—developing proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering, and building/evaluating ML models with exposure to NLP and Generative AI.

During my Gauhati University Research Intern role, I engineered a Sentiment Analyser for Assamese—a critical NLP gap for a low-resource regional language—designing a BiLSTM architecture and performing hyperparameter tuning with NLP researchers. I’ve also built recommender and modeling systems like a Music Recommendation System (content-based filtering, mood-based filtering, diversity engine) and a Customer Churn Predictor (EDA + model comparison), and I bring the same data-driven mindset to every pipeline: clean data, clear evaluation, and practical improvement paths (including data augmentation under extreme data scarcity).
