My flagship project ResearchPilot is a live RAG system indexing 3,500+ ArXiv papers using hybrid retrieval (BM25 + BAAI/bge-base-en-v1.5 embeddings), Qdrant vector DB, ms-marco cross-encoder re-ranking, and LLaMA-3.3-70B via Groq — hybrid RAG pipeline achieving sub-200ms retrieval over 3,500+ ArXiv papers with 95%+ re-ranking precision, deployed at production scale with streaming SSE responses. Deployed on HuggingFace Spaces + Vercel.
I also built a Retinal Disease Grader using EfficientNet-B4 on the APTOS 2019 dataset, achieving a Quadratic Weighted Kappa of 0.88, with Grad-CAM++ explainability and LLM-generated clinical PDF reports — enhancing diagnostic interpretability in clinical settings.
Core stack: Python, PyTorch, FastAPI, LangChain, Qdrant, Docker, Next.js, MLflow, HuggingFace. Currently upskilling in MLOps, LLMOps (PEFT/LoRA, RAGAS, W&B), and CI/CD.
