What I'm looking for

I'm looking for engineering management and technical lead work where I can guide architecture, mentor teams, and deliver scalable production systems.

I've set technical direction for enterprise platforms at Hirerkey, Noisiv Consulting, and Qid, building distributed systems serving 10M+ daily API requests. At Hirerkey, I co-founded an HCM SaaS platform and designed its multi-tenant architecture across Java, Python, TypeScript, React, REST, and gRPC.

I've led and mentored engineers, established CI/CD and code-review practices, and improved delivery reliability through AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, observability, and automated recovery. At Qid, I led five engineers on an identity platform that handled 100,000+ verifications and introduced TDD and test automation to reach 85% coverage.
