What I'm looking for

I'm looking for AWS, cloud operations, DevOps, IT service delivery, change management or cloud transformation roles where I can combine hands-on implementation with governance, service quality and stakeholder leadership.

At Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform, I lead Cluster, Transverse and Executive CAB governance for high-impact infrastructure and application changes, securing releases through risk, impact, dependency and rollback planning. I also manage service quality through SLA, KPI, incident, problem and recovery-time monitoring.

Alongside governance delivery, I designed and operated a full-stack AWS application using React, S3, CloudFront, Node.js, Express, EC2, MongoDB Atlas, Nginx and PM2. I bring hands-on cloud implementation together with ITIL practices, major-incident coordination and executive reporting across complex hybrid infrastructures.
