I've modernized production applications and built C#/.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, REST API, JavaScript, and Azure solutions for more than 20 years. My work spans title and contract management, accounting and reporting systems, document-intensive workflows, enterprise integrations, and production support.

At Eastern Shore Communications, I architect and modernize ISP operations across Django/FastAPI, Microsoft 365, customer onboarding, payments, and network operations. I built a Microsoft Graph email-intelligence system with delta synchronization, attachment processing, rules-based analysis, project matching, and action reports.

For Lennar, States Title, and Doma, I contributed to underwriting systems, accounting and wire-transfer tools using Azure microservices and Cosmos DB, and SQL BI, ETL, and SSIS reporting. I also enhanced the NEXUS title and contract management portal using ASP.NET and .NET Core.

Through consulting and development engagements, I design API-driven workflows, production diagnostics, audit controls, integration strategies, and implementation documentation across Python, .NET, SQL, and cloud environments. I bring hands-on delivery, legacy-system judgment, technical ownership, and clear documentation.
