What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations leadership role where I can manage vendors, improve documentation and inventory accuracy, and deliver strong customer care—supporting mission-driven teams with reliable coordination and attention to detail.

I bring hands-on operations leadership grounded in customer service and day-to-day business management. From 2018 to 2023, I served as a Wholesale shop Manager/ saleswoman—serving customers, managing wholesale sales of consumables, processing customer payments and refunds, and handling cash and card transactions.

More recently, I’ve worked with AHF-UGANDA CARES as Operations manager, visiting vendors, entering quotations, managing documents, registering vendors, conducting site visits, and delivering office consumables. I’m motivated by clear communication, confidentiality, attention to details, and continuous improvement in how teams coordinate and serve stakeholders.
