I’m looking to lead AI-enabled test strategy and quality transformation—owning analytics/data testing, mentoring teams on AI tooling, and delivering measurable improvements in productivity and automation efficiency in collaborative global environments.

I’m a Test Lead and quality engineering leader with 12+ years driving digital transformation, AI enablement, and test leadership across global, cross-cultural teams. I focus on building organization-wide AI automation adoption programs and aligning stakeholders from strategy to execution.

In my current role, I own the quality engineering strategy for analytics and data management and deliver an AI-driven Documentation Testing Agent integrated with Jira to automate requirement analysis, documentation validation, and test report generation. I also lead the transformation of Squish automation from manual scripting to an AI-assisted framework that enables faster, more consistent test script generation, while mentoring teams on applied AI tooling and building reusable skill libraries.

Previously, I led test turnaround initiatives at scale, resolving a stalled function by remediating flaky failures and improving delivery trust through structured communication and cross-functional alignment. I’ve delivered measurable process improvements, including eliminating 50% manual effort and reducing reporting effort by approximately 25%, while directing AI-assisted ways of working across teams.
