Srushti Agariya

As a Legal Intern, I drafted and reviewed Request for Proposals (RFPs), conducted detailed legal research, and assisted with the preparation of legal documents such as contracts and petitions. I supported case analysis and provided insights for client advisories based on relevant statutes and case laws.

During my internship, I gained knowledge on various laws and attended virtual proceedings of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. I prepared case briefs, video presentations, and articles on assigned legal issues. Additionally, I gained valuable insights from Advocate Pradeep Rai.

As a Pro Bono Associate, I conducted field visits in rural districts of Vadodara to understand community struggles and identify needs. I connected individuals in need with specific authorities to address their concerns. I also attended a state-level pro bono club meet with other universities.

During my internship, I observed daily court proceedings, gaining insights into real-life cases and the intricacies of the legal system. I assisted an advocate with client counseling, learning the importance of empathy and effective communication in the legal profession.

My internship provided valuable exposure to content writing and article publication. I was responsible for creating engaging articles on social topics, which were reviewed and published on their website. This experience honed my research and writing skills, allowing me to effectively communicate complex legal concepts.

Completed a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws with Honors. Focused on legal studies and business administration, preparing for a career in law.

Completed 12th Standard education under the CBSE Board. Achieved a percentage of 66.40.

Completed 10th Standard education under the CBSE Board. Achieved a percentage of 66.60.
