What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and strengthen QA delivery for web, mobile, and enterprise products, using manual and automation testing to improve quality, optimize regression cycles, mentor teams, and collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients.

At Optiphoenix Xpert, I lead end-to-end QA for web, mobile, and console applications, managing test planning, execution, defect management, and delivery for 10+ major projects including Microsoft, Monte Carlo, Lendo, Accor, Taj Group, Aditya Birla, Allen Solly, and Saadaa.

I build and maintain test cases, run system, integration, sanity, regression, backend, and cross-browser testing, and work closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients through sprint planning and defect triage. I use Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps, BrowserStack, Convert, VWO, and Optimizely to improve quality and testing efficiency.

Previously, I delivered QA at Synram Technolab and gained product testing and client relationship experience at UBITECH Solution across education, banking, and healthcare applications. I enjoy mentoring QA engineers, resolving defects within SLA timelines, and helping teams release bug-free products on schedule.
