At Vivanti Consulting, I support Amplify, a global initiative migrating regional Oracle OBIEE reporting systems into a single SAP S/4HANA source of truth. I’m developing Tableau dashboards for standardized financial and operational reporting across five regions.
At Metro Global Solution Center IN, I led the migration from a vendor-managed data quality system to an in-house platform. I built automated validation pipelines and anomaly detection to monitor data quality and flag shifts.
I also built and deployed a production-grade NLP system to classify and route customer support tickets, reducing manual triaging effort equivalent to about two full-time agents. I integrated Gemini API for semantic classification and built a batch inference pipeline on GCP.
My other work includes a personalized article recommendation system and a GenAI application for marketing campaign creative generation using Google's Imagen model. I hold Snowflake SnowPro Core certification and have experience with Python, SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau.
