I've built multi-agent customer-support and enterprise document Q&A applications using LangChain, LangGraph, Python, FastAPI, FAISS, and AWS. My workflows route requests across specialized agents for retrieval, chat, generation, and action-oriented tasks.
At HCL Technologies, I combined Generative AI development with AWS production support, building, deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting AI solutions. I implemented RAG pipelines, guardrails, human-in-the-loop approvals, REST APIs, Docker containers, and cloud integrations with Amazon Bedrock, Claude, and LangSmith.
For an enterprise RAG chatbot, I reduced workflow complexity for lower latency and token usage, reaching around one second and around 350 tokens for the router agent. I've also built CI/CD delivery with GitHub Actions, Amazon ECR, ECS Fargate, and an Application Load Balancer, and previously supported NetApp ONTAP storage environments at Wipro.
