I’m an SAP BTP/CPI integration professional with 7+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise integrations using SAP CPI (Integration Suite) and SAP Process Orchestration (PO), alongside IBM WebSphere Administration. I focus on secure connectivity, stable operations, and integration flows that work end-to-end in real production environments.

In SAP BTP, I’ve administered CPI and PO environments, managed tenants, and handled security responsibilities like user roles/authorizations, keystores, certificates, and credential materials. I configure and maintain SAP Cloud Connector to enable secure communication between on-premise and cloud systems, and I use cockpit and monitoring capabilities for visibility.

On the integration side, I’ve supported end-to-end CPI implementations and production support using adapters such as HTTP, SOAP, JDBC, OData, Mail, Process Direct, and SFTP (including other messaging like JMS). I’ve built and maintained integration logic using content patterns and palettes (Content Modifier, Enricher, Request Reply, Router, Multicast, exception subprocess) and mapping approaches including Message Mapping, XSLT mapping, and Value Mapping.

I’ve also worked on migrations from SAP PO to SAP CPI—covering redesign, development, testing, and deployment of integration flows—and integrated SAP and non-SAP systems across A2A and B2B scenarios using synchronous and asynchronous patterns. I perform root cause analysis for critical incidents, proactively resolve defects in UAT and end-to-end test environments, and collaborate with development and functional teams to deliver go-live support while meeting SLAs and organizational standards.
