At VOICE-4, I coordinated a 10-day camp for 250+ students, guiding six counsellors through daily schedules and meetings. I tracked attendance in Excel and Google Sheets, raising it from 93% to 98% over the camp.
I produced daily progress, counsellor, logistics, and program performance reports, and observed classes to write feedback reports. I also audited a book shipment and secured replacement of 300 affected books.
At Avinash College of Commerce (Osmania University), I produced nine issues of the Abhivyakth College Newsletter with a team of six, editing submissions before publication. For my academic research project, I analyzed surveys and HR interviews with 103 participants and authored a 100+ page report on academic–job market misalignment.
