I design and run high availability and disaster recovery using Always On availability groups, clustering, replication, and RDS Multi-AZ, while meeting RPO/RTO targets with minimal downtime. I improve performance through query tuning, indexing, and lock optimization, strengthen security with role-based access control, encryption, and auditing, and drive automation with PowerShell, Python, and T-SQL to save 12+ hours per cycle while keeping systems compliant and resilient.
