I'm improving automotive assembly operations at SFO Technologies through cycle-time analysis, man-hour data development, and production data monitoring.
I've implemented and standardized a Traveller system for assembly operations, strengthening process tracking, traceability, and operator accountability. I identify bottlenecks, quality issues, and inefficiencies to support continuous improvement.
I use root cause analysis and operator training based on performance data to reduce defects. I also work across teams on production planning, workflow optimization, and quality control.
My mechanical engineering projects include nanofluid heat-transfer analysis, Go-Kart design and construction with ANSYS structural analysis, and an autonomous line follower robot using IR sensors and microcontroller-based control.
