At Bytescare (Naxap Technology Pvt. Ltd.), I re-architected browser and crawler services into separate Docker containers on AWS EKS so they could be released and scaled independently. I also operated Kubernetes workloads and maintained CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

I built Grafana dashboards and Prometheus alerts for system health, and investigated production issues using logs, New Relic traces, and service metrics.
