What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an operations or administrative role where I can apply my organization, bookkeeping, logistics coordination, and stakeholder communication skills while learning new systems and supporting reliable day-to-day delivery.

At Gorden Orion Group Ltd, I keep a retail and wholesale business moving by overseeing bookkeeping, inventory, supplier coordination, customer service, and daily operations.

I coordinate delivery schedules and stock replenishment, resolve scheduling conflicts, and build supplier relationships to place orders, negotiate terms, and address issues promptly. I also maintain clear sales, expense, and inventory records using Excel and accounting/POS software.

I assign and follow up on staff tasks, manage competing priorities under time pressure, and deliver reliable results with minimal supervision.

I'm completing an MBA at the University of Kigali and bring a fast-learning mindset to new digital systems, administrative processes, and operational tools.
