At GrowMailers, I manage SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment, domain health, sender reputation, and inbox placement across concurrent client accounts. I diagnose placement failures across authentication, list quality, sending patterns, and content, then verify that fixes hold on later sends.

I build practical automation, including a cross-CRM segmentation and smartlist builder for GoHighLevel, Kit, systeme.io, and Zoho. I also use GlockApps seed tests, track bounce, complaint, and spam-placement rates, and run domain warm-up and list-hygiene programmes.

Previously, at Nepal Language and Research Solutions, I built Python and CSV pipelines for normalisation, deduplication, and validation supporting Shabdartha and the Sumadhura audiobook catalogue. I enjoy turning manual data work into reliable systems and communicating technical findings clearly to non-technical colleagues.
