I am a dedicated and ambitious Bioinformatics candidate with a strong passion for accelerating the discovery of novel therapies through computational biology. My commitment to continuous learning in a dynamic, research-driven environment has shaped my evolving problem-solving approach, ensuring successful project outcomes. I thrive in collaborative settings where I can contribute to impactful research and innovation.

During my internship at the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of IT & Biotechnology, I worked on a project focused on noninvasive biomarker discovery in cfDNA from head and neck cancer patients. I developed a comprehensive data analysis pipeline utilizing tools like SAMtools, GATK, and ShinyGO, which allowed me to identify significant tumor pathways and enhance our understanding of cancer biomarkers. My academic journey, including a Master’s in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor’s in Biotechnology, has equipped me with a solid foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

In addition to my technical expertise, I have led social media initiatives as a Social Media Manager, honing my leadership and communication skills. I am eager to leverage my background in bioinformatics and computational biology to contribute to groundbreaking research and therapeutic advancements.
