I currently lead skilled billing at APLA Solutions, handling home health physician accounts across EMR, billing, rejections, payment posting, and ERA processing. I also manage credentialing for newly established CHC and GCP groups.
Previously, I managed psychiatric physician accounts remotely for A Thru Z Services LLC, covering billing, insurance aging, patient balances, and month-end reporting. At Healthnine Technologies, I supported U.S.-based psychiatric revenue cycle accounts, including claim rejections, EOB posting, denial resolution, AR follow-up, and report submissions.
At Back In the Black West LLC, I led operations for U.S. optometry clients, overseeing medical RCM, payment posting, AR analysis, aging, team briefings, quality reporting, and voice and non-voice work.
I also bring customer support and IT training experience, including chat-based support for software and website clients and computer-literacy instruction for the Indian Army.
