What I'm looking for

I’m looking to teach and conduct optometry research rooted in evidence-based practice—focusing on early detection and clinical training. I thrive in collaborative academic teams with room to grow my PhD work.

I’m an Assistant Professor in the Department of Optometry at Galgotias University, with over 5.5 years of combined experience as a clinician, academician, and researcher. I deliver lectures and practical sessions across Ocular Diseases and Diagnostics and Contact Lens, while mentoring students through research projects and academic development.

I’m currently perusing a Ph.D. and have a background that includes a Professional Diploma in Clinical Research. My work includes a published patent (“Device for Aiding Refractive Error Screening of Children”), invited talks and conference presentations, and research focused on early detection/screening in glaucoma, retina and related neurosciences—grounded in “evidence-based learning” and “evidence-based practice.”
